Adam and the Ants. BOOM! I remember when I was a freshman in high school one of the seniors was giving me a ride home from swimming practice and was playing this in his truck. I was hooked. I can think of only a few other people that I hung out with that got into them. Those early Adam and the Ants albums still hold up for me. Good shit!

Thanks Wade for kicking this one up to the top of my memory. I was probably standing next to Wade one night cleaning a greasy hood vent or deep fryer listening to Jane's Addiction in my headphones thinking, "Perry is such a fucking freak and he's making it (his creativity) work for him. I gotta tap into that somehow." I owe alot to the inspiration of Perry Farrel and Jane's Addiction for getting me to where I am today. Nothings Shocking in particular was a major "Ah ha!" for me.
